Every day, along with our main entrée, we offer a vegetarian option, a seasonal organic salad bar, fruit platter, and vegetable sides, as well as fresh house-made soups, locally baked breads and dessert.

 

10-Week Rotating Menu

Consisting of a daily entrée and accompanied by seasonal side dishes. The menu covers a 10-week rotation. A few items that have proven universally popular (such as Marin Sun Farms hamburgers, whole wheat quesadillas, and pizza) are on the rotation twice.

Homemade Soups

Two house-made soups are served daily. We always offer classic chicken soup and a vegetarian soup option.

Salad Bar

Consists of fresh seasonal vegetable choices, both raw and cooked, with a variety of protein options such as eggs, cheese, seasoned tofu, grains, and toasted seeds. We often have an additional prepared salad on the menu, and our dressings are all house-made.

Sandwich Bar

Pre-made sandwiches consisting of a variety of basic fillings such as meats and cheese, left unadorned, and accompanied by a variety of condiments

Beverage

Filtered water, Clover milk, and a house-made beverage such as lemonade are daily options.

Dessert

Seasonal organic fruit is offered 4 days per week, and a house baked dessert is prepared once a week.

Week Three

  • Grilled Cheese Sandwiches with Tomato Soup and Seasonal Quinoa Salad

  • Baked Potato Bar with Bacon, Cheddar, and Veggie Chili

  • Chicken Garlic Noodles with Ginger Glazed Sweet Potatoes

  • Marin Sun Farms Beef Stew with Cornbread and Honey Butter

  • BBQ Chicken Sandwich with Orzo Salad and Mixed Green Salad
